Managing Director
Santhosh Poonath has over 27 years of experience in corporate environments and has worked in diverse industries like financial services, pharmaceuticals, and real estate. His professional tenure spans organizations including Zydus Cadila, Nicholas Piramal, Wockhardt, Max Life Insurance, Exide, Bharti Axa, and Star Union Dai-ichi.
His accomplishments in the insurance sector include being the Vice President of Max Life Insurance Co. Ltd, where he led various offices and initiatives for the Agency Channel, executing agency work systems and quality recruitment. He is known as a process-oriented professional and possesses excellent skills in filtering and recruiting Sales Managers and Senior Level Positions.
He has also successfully led field branches as an Office/Zone Head based in Chennai and worked as a Subject Matter Expert in NRI and Business Insurance with Exide Life for Pan India.
He has won various accolades during his stint at Max Life, including the Executive Council Award twice and more than 50+ awards as Top Office Head for various achievements. He is a Certified Professional Agency Builder from Kinder Brothers International and holds an MBA in Finance.
Venkatapathy Ramamurthy
Director
Ramamurthy has over 40 years of experience, including serving as the Former Operations Head for the healthcare giant Philips Health Care, based out of Dubai and covering the entire Middle East. He has also worked in financial services with organizations like Max Life Insurance Co. and Kotak Life.
He is a Subject Matter Expert in Financial Planning based in Chennai and Dubai.
His accomplishments in the insurance sector include being a Top Consultant with Max Life Insurance Co. Ltd, Kotak, Reliance, and Care Health.
He has won various accolades as a Top Financial Consultant in Max Life & Kotak Life. His awards include the Four Times MDRT, Executive & CEO Council Award, Countless MBK, and more than 30+ awards for various achievements.
He is a Post Graduate from the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, and currently serves as Executive Director at Ramsysz Consultancy UAE.
