Santhosh Poonath has over 27 years of experience in Corporates and have worked in diverse industries like financial services, Pharmaceuticals , Real estate and worked in organizations viz.,Zydus Cadila, Nicholas Pirammal , Wockhardt, Max Life Insurance, Exide , Bharti Axa ,Star Union Daichi

His accomplishments include in Insurance sector, being the Vice President of Max Life Insurance Co. Ltd where he led various Offices and initiatives for Agency Channel like Executing Agency Work System, Quality Recruitment. He is Known as a Process Oriented & has excellent skills in Filtering and Recruiting Sales Managers / Sr Level Positions

He also successfully led Field Various Branches as Office Head/Zone Head Based in Chennai and also Worked a Subject Matter Expert in NRI, Business Insurance with Exide Life for Pan India
